By using the Services, you understand Website Slate reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or delete a listing or any content published by third parties at any time without warning or reason.

REFUND POLICY

Once you deposit funds into the Services, Website Slate holds no obligation to return the funds or create or enable any functionality for you to withdraw, transfer, or use the funds outside of the Services.
INDEMNITY

USER ACCOUNTS
You are only allowed to register, hold, and/or own one (1) user account for use with the Service at any particular time. Website Slate reserves the right to suspend, delete, and ban suspected duplicate or additional accounts without any prior warning or notice given to you. Additionally, you are automatically disqualified from any benefits, prizes, awards, cash, and/or compensation, whether expressed or implied, directly or indirectly relating to Website Slate and the Service(s) by holding, owning, or registering multiple user accounts. The disqualification from any benefits, prizes, awards, cash, and/or compensation becomes retroactive and affects all user accounts held, owned, or registered by you immediately upon registering, owning, or holding more than one user account.

Any and all information or materials provided to us by you will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and becomes the property of Website Slate subject to only the privacy policy available on this site. Website Slate may use these provided materials or information as it wishes without any obligations, compensations, and are free of any proprietary or intellectual property rights.
CONTESTS
Every now and then, Website Slate may hold contests, sweepstakes, or giveaways. All prizes, cash, or awards may, at Website Slate's discretion, be awarded as non-withdrawable Website Slate funds which can still be utilized for the Services but may not be necessarily withdrawn to a bank account or other account which holds money, and this compensation shall be deemed of equal value to any such cash or material equivalent. Unless otherwise stated, if no mention of the contest, sweepstakes, giveaway, and/or prize can be found on the Website Slate home page (http://www.websiteslate.com) for at least fourteen (14) days after its removal or end, the contest, sweepstakes, giveaway, and/or prize shall be considered expired and Website Slate has no obligation to provide you with any prize, award, cash, or compensation even if you qualified for or won the prize, award, cash, or compensation unless a request was sent to Website Slate prior to the contest, sweepstakes, or giveaway expiration date/time.
Additionally, holding, owning, or registering multiple user account(s) automatically disqualifies you from all contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, prizes, cash, and/or awards available on Website Slate or the Services. Further, even if only one user account owned, held, or registered by you participated in the contest, sweepstakes, or giveaway, you are still disqualified and Website Slate holds no obligation to provide you with any prize, award, cash, or compensation. If multiple user account(s) are held, owned, or registered by you prior to receiving the relevant prize, award, cash, or compensation for any contest, sweepstakes, or giveaway, you will also be automatically disqualified and Website Slate holds no obligation to provide you with any prize, award, cash, or compensation.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
All legal proceedings and court cases will occur in a court of the State of New York, USA.
No waiver by any party hereto of any breach of the Terms or any of its provisions shall be deemed to constitute a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of the same or any other provision hereof.
Website Slate holds the right to terminate this Agreement with you at any time with at least seven (7) days prior notice to you.
