Some specifications:
• Doctors are able to create unique individual profiles for each doctor or multiple doctors at one office. They essentially are able to create a mini website listing their services, their office locations, etc.
• Doctors get a file manager tool to help stay organized online.
• Prospective and current patients are able to make appointments directly through the website.
• The platform have a unique search feature where patients may search for doctors by State, City, Zip, Industry, email, and by Name.
• Patients are able to see an online schedule of the doctor, and have the ability to book an appointment directly through the website once the doctor has granted them approval (if required).
• Doctors are able to showcase their services from their page to prospective patients.
• When a patient books an appointment a confirmation email is sent to both the doctor and the patient.
• When a patient is within 24 hours and 48 hours of an appointment a reminder email is sent out to the patient, and copy of the email is sent to doctor's office to keep an record of this feature.
• Each doctor get a unique url name for example: www.website.com/Dr-Perez
• The doctors are able reschedule appointments notifying patients via email automatically.
• Allows doctor to create unique profiles for their individual practice. They can create a profile for themselves or create profiles for doctors in their offices.
• Each profile come with a customizable content management system so the doctor may organize his profile to fit his particular needs.
• Doctors are able to approve patients profile before they are able to schedule appointments. After they have been approved by the doctor or doctor's office they will be able to schedule appointments without approval. The approval is needed to maintain the integrity of the website, and prevent fake profiles.
• Block bookings, such as business closure for holidays, illness etc. can be reserved easily in one operation.
• Custom secure Sign up form for business where doctors can create an account and pay on a monthly basis. Patient's accounts are set to free.

Note:
• Web site is temporary hosted on current server. It is a demo with dummy text and accounts.
• Online video demo section have not a video yet. I can create it later for you.
• Logo and design can be modified for another domain by me too.
• I can add changes to the existing site if you need it.
You can create accounts and test the site. After doctors signup its account need to be approved. So, I will get email and approve it as admin. Use real emails to get password. If you will have any questions about its functional, just ask me.

It is hosted temporary on the sayvo.com just for showcase. So, I am selling the site, not a domain name. You can buy it and I will install it on your host with your domain name.
