It has 32 members right now(july 05), that's $160 in membership fees. I will give the support email posted on site now also if needed. All that is needed for changing the owner is to set up a new alertpay button that will replace the actual-mine.
All members were generated from free traffic- traffic exchanges and text ads. The site has between 250-1000 hits/day. I will let to the buyer the traffic from TE's and text ads that's already ordered, at least 150-200 visitors/day for at least 1 month. There are 3 splash pages already made adn 2 banners- those have more than 70k exposures left on various advertising sites. I've also started some SEO- keyword research is done, aswell as listed in ~ 40-50 high PR directories, + ~30-40 social bookmarking sites. The keywords selected can be fairly easy dominated with future advetising and some link building, also can be used for PPC advertising, generating income without any other traffic tools.
Needs little to no maintaining- mostly email responses and occasional registration hiccups - I had members that were not reading the instructions so you should reply with explanations.
I solved all problems-no remaining issue right now.
I have requested Alertpay approval for the site, which they did, I can forward the alertpay response email if needed. I sell it because I need quick money and of time-constarins.
