There is admin control panel installed, where you can ban/delete users, delete comments, watch statistics, etc etc without any scripting knowledge. As for the design, it is custom made and you cannot find it anywhere else. Site currently hosted at hostgator with unlimited bandwith/space/domains, so no worries there, if you want to continue hosting on hostgator for 95$ a year. The hosting expires on 2010/02/02, so you get three months free hosting here.
