A 6 year old MMORPG completely hand coded by me in PHP with a MySQL backend. I have personally run this site myself so it is very difficult for me to sell it but I simply do not have the time to run it or give it the upgrades it deserves anymore.
I have done no promoting, SEO, AdWords, or any other type of promoting for the last two years or so. This is a core group of dedicated players. I have not had ads on the site the income is strictly from paying players from subscriptions and purchasing of in game items.
I have based the income off of Jan-Mar 2010 Proof available by request.
Everything is ready to start up another aspect of the business which is selling the game engine itself. I have yet to start selling the engine but everything is ready to do so.
